Manage the assets

Step 1: You can see the latest status of the assets from the dashboard.

Step 2: You can use the search box for the specific assets and list them as follows.

Step 3: After entering a ticket on PomDesk, you can view its details. You can easily update a field and save it. Each asset has a unique QR code that should be printed out and affixed to the corresponding device.
