Access the computer remotely

You can access a computer remotely with PomDesk native remote access solution.

Step 1: You should select a computer in the system management module and click on the yellow computer icon as shown below.

Yellow computer icon indicates that the computer has the PomDesk agent installed and is operational.

Step 2: During the connection, there are two options: one with approval and one without approval.

Step 3: If you select without approval, you will connect directly to the remote connection.

Step 4: Once you select the approval, an approval request popup will appear on the remote computer. If the user accepts it, you will have access to its computer for support.
