You should configure the active directory domain settings on PomDesk for domain integration purposes. You can synchronize the computer and user objects to PomDesk for definitions.

You should configure the active directory domain settings on PomDesk for domain integration purposes. You can synchronize the computer and user objects to PomDesk for definitions.

Step 1: Go to the tab Settings > Infrastructure > Domain and click the + icon.
Step 2: Define the domain settings as follows and click the Validate Credentials.
Display Name: Define the name with your company name.
Domain: Define with local active directory domain FQDN.
Domain Controller: Define with a domain controller FQDN.
Username: Create a regular user account and define it in this section. (Read permission)
Password: Define the password for the above user.
Default Domain: Enable
Show on login: Enable
Step 2: You can configure the discover options in this section.
Step 3: You have the option to select the specific organizational units for syncing user accounts.
Step 4: After completing all the configuration, you can synchronize the objects (user & computer) by clicking the Synchronize Now button.
