Step 1: Go to the tab Settings > User & roles > Roles.
Step 2: If you need to change the setting of the current role or add a user to this role, you can click the Edit Role button for further steps.
Step 3: Add a user to this role with the Role Users area and define the custom role permission with the Role Permission area. However, If you need custom permission please create a new role for this goal.
Step 4: If you need to create a new role, click the Add New Role button.
Step 5: Define the following fields: Role Name, Role Users, and Role Permissions.
Step 6: Once you create a new role, you will see it on the dashboard.
