Step 1: Once you integrate PomDesk with Microsoft Active Directory, you have the opportunity to synchronize users from the active directory to PomDesk. However, if you require a local user, you can utilize the Add User button as shown below.
Step 2: Once you complete the fields below, you will create a new local user on PomDesk.
Step 3: If you need change to the user settings, you can open the settings and change them.
