How to send a ticket for approval
If you need approval for the ticket, you should send it to someone through PomDesk.

Step 1: Go to the tab of the Help Desk Module > All Tickets > Click the ticket and open it.
Step 2: Once you open the ticket, you will see the Send To Approval icon. Click on the icon.
Step 3: The next step is to choose an approval.
Step 4: The approval will appear in the Waiting My Approval section of his list.
Step 5: The approval can approve or decline this ticket process.
