You can create main ticket categories and subcategories on PomDesk. You can then use them when needed in a ticket.

Step 1: Go to the tab of Settings > Helpdesk > Categories
Step 2: To create a main category on the root section, click right and then choose the new option.
Step 3: Give a name to the new category and enable visibility. If you need custom fields you can use the below menus.
Step 4: If you need a sub-category of the main one, follow the below steps.
Step 5: You can utilize these categories in a ticket in the following manner.
