How to open a new service request

Step 1: Log in to the PomDesk user portal and then click to the Service Request button.

Step 2: Select a service catalog and service from the options provided below.

If you need to customize the service catalogs and/or add new services, follow the below steps.

Step 3: The final step is to click the Send button to submit the ticket.
