Step 1: Go to the tab of the Help Desk module > click Open or All Tickets > click the two tickets' checkbox > click the Bulk Operations > select the Merge as follows.
Step 2: Choose a parent ticket in this area.
Step 3: Once the tickets are merged, a new icon for the merged ticket will appear.
Step 4: When you opened the parent ticket, you will see the merged child ticket.
