Step 1: Go to the Settings > Helpdesk > Service Catalogs tab choose a service category and then click the Add New Service.
Step 2: You can see an example of how to create a software service below. Follow these steps to create a new service in a service category.
Step 3: Define the product photo, service name, description, category, and permission. If you require a custom field, you can also create a custom menu.
Step 4: Once you complete the process, you can see the product service in the related category.
Step 5: End users can see this service when they need to request it.
