Check the remote connection history logs

If you need to see who connected a computer with PomDesk remote access feature, you should check the logs with below steps.

Step 1: You should select a computer in the system management module and click on it for more details.

Step 2: You can find the history logs by navigating to the History section. You can see the remote access logs as approved or unattended connections. You see also who connected at a specific date and time.
