Steps 1: Go to the Settings > Helpdesk > Workflow tab and click the + icon.
Step 2: You can utilize the fields to easily create a workflow by dragging and dropping them.
Step 3: You can follow the steps below to create a workflow.
Trigger: When a service ticket is created.
Condition: If a user needs a Matlab license.
Send to Approval: Send to manager for approval
Change Priority: Change the priority to medium
Change Status: Change the ticket status to Waiting Approval
